We are delighted Erik te Riele<\/b> officially announce as the new CEO of Ventura Systems, a role he assumed in September 2024. Erik follows Jan Lont<\/b> who temporarily assumed the role of interim CEO while continuing his responsibilities as a board member.<\/p>

With more than 30 years of experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector, Erik brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to our organisation. His career includes engineering, operational management and commercial leadership positions at leading companies such as Unilever, DSM and Hunter Douglas Europe. In addition, Erik has significant experience in the (industrial) door industry through his leadership positions at Novoferm and Reinaerdt Deuren.<\/p>

Erik's career is built on a strong technical foundation and over the years he has built a reputation for driving growth, driving innovation and building strong international teams. Erik's extensive global experience aligns perfectly with Ventura's mission to deliver our door systems globally. His commitment to excellence, coupled with a passion for collaboration, makes him an ideal leader as Ventura continues to innovate and expand.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
