Last week, councillor Marianne Poelman<\/strong> the official launch of the new Clothing bus S\u00fadwest-Frysl\u00e2n<\/strong>!<\/p>

The Clothing Bus was born out of an initiative by Kees van Kordelaar<\/strong>, then diaconal worker at Titus Brandsmaparochie in Bolsward. Ventura Systems was involved from the beginning: at the time, we provided the first bus to be used as a mobile clothing shop. Since then, the Clothing Bus has travelled weekly to various villages in the municipality of S\u00fadwest-Frysl\u00e2n.<\/p>

The aim? To provide quality clothing for a small fee, as well as to create a place where people can meet and strengthen social contacts.<\/p>

Thanks to Ventura Aid<\/strong><\/a>, our community involvement scheme, we were once again able to play a role in the realisation of the new bus. Together with the foundation, we helped in finding a suitable vehicle, improving the door systems as well as providing financial support.<\/p>
