At Ventura Systems, we believe it is important that work is not only about what you do, but also about what you contribute to. With Ventura Aid, we give our employees the space to support charities that are relevant to them, in a way that suits who we are as an organisation.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Through Ventura Aid, employees can donate an amount each year to a charity of their choice. This leads to a wide mix of initiatives. By 2025, our employees will have supported as many as 91 different charities through Ventura Aid. That makes Ventura Aid an initiative with real impact, carried by our people.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The charities vary widely. They include initiatives aimed at the welfare of animals, children or the sick, as well as support for refugees and social projects. In addition, part of the support goes to local initiatives, with which employees often have a personal connection. For example, we are main sponsor of the G-team of S.C. Bolsward and helped set up the initiative \u2018Kledingbus S\u00fadwest-Frysl\u00e2n\u2019.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

For us, Ventura Aid is not just about donating. We think it is important to make charities visible within our organisation and increase employee engagement. Sharing stories about the initiatives that colleagues support creates more mutual connection and understanding of what others care about.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In this way, Ventura Aid remains an initiative by and for our employees. It suits Ventura Systems as an organisation with a practical attitude, involved in its environment and with an eye for social issues, without making it bigger than it is. If you work at Ventura, or are considering it, you will be given the space to contribute in this area too, in a way that suits you.<\/p>\n
