Our Service Engineers play a crucial role in supporting vehicle builders in installing our door systems in vehicles and providing service to carriers for their fleets. Our global service network ensures that users of our door systems can always rely on expert support. As a Service Engineer, you will not only work independently, but also closely with a team of specialists from different disciplines to provide the best possible service to our (in)direct customers.

Research & preparation

Analysing the issue by using your experience, drawings and consultation with colleagues. With this, you develop a well-considered solution.

On-site support

Supporting our customers on site with technical advice, (de)assembling and replacing parts and creating a solution.

Testing the solution

Testing and evaluating the solution provided, measuring customer satisfaction with the solution.

Transfer of knowledge

You transfer your knowledge about the solution provided to the employees on site with the aim of preventing future problems.

Periodic checks

Periodically, you will refresh customers' knowledge, along with performing interim checks of our products to get ahead of problems.

Administrative handling

After offering a solution, you record all (follow-up) actions so that for follow-up questions, we know what solution was offered.

You will be responsible for installing door systems at vehicle manufacturers and supervising, training and servicing end users.

Resolve technical faults and carry out on-site repairs at end customers' premises.

Maintain and inspect systems to prevent deficiencies in our door systems.

Training our customers' staff on system maintenance.

Contribute to the optimisation of processes and systems to improve service quality.

Collaborate with colleagues in the service department and other teams to ensure faults are resolved quickly and systems continue to work optimally.

Providing proper reporting for the purpose of quality improvement.
