Team Coordinator

What will you do?

In the role of team coordinator, you manage the colleagues in your team and bear responsibility for production and machinery. Your responsibilities include work planning, sick leave and the induction of new employees. You will also advise the Management Team on new production methods and developments. Some related responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring proper and efficient induction and supervision of new employees
  • Coordinating various activities at different workshops, where a variety of operations take place
  • Monitoring compliance with health and safety, quality and safety guidelines, as well as (house) rules in the workshops
  • Ensuring clean and tidy workplaces
  • Streamlining the production process and ensuring it runs as efficiently as possible

Who are you?

Your communication and organisational skills are in good order and you are always proactive in finding the best solution to a problem. In addition, you remain calm when necessary and are good at making decisions.

In addition, you possess the following:

  • You have leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • You have knowledge of working conditions, quality and safety regulations
  • You have at least an MBO thinking/working level
  • You have completed a technical education in the field of logistics
  • Knowledge of ERP system Ridder is a plus
