Service Engineer

What will you do?

In this challenging role, you can use your technical expertise to ensure that our systems at vehicle builders and end-users always function optimally. You will be responsible for installing door systems at vehicle builders and supervising, training and servicing end users. You will also contribute to improving our service processes.

Further responsibilities:

Resolve technical faults and carry out on-site repairs at end customers' premises
Maintain and inspect systems to prevent deficiencies in our door systems
Training our customers' staff on system maintenance
Contribute to the optimisation of processes and systems to improve service quality
Collaborate with colleagues in the service department and other teams to ensure that faults are resolved quickly and systems continue to work optimally
Providing proper reporting for the purpose of quality improvement

You provide the customer not only with maintenance, but also with sound advice in further use. Together, we strive to find a suitable solution for the customer and end user.

Who are you?

To perform this role successfully, a customer-oriented attitude and technical skills are essential. You have demonstrable experience in a similar role within technical service. You are flexible, solution-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team. In addition, we would like to see your CV:

You have a completed MBO or HBO education in a technical field
You have strong technical and problem-solving skills
You have good communication skills
You are willing to travel (internationally) and provide on-site service
You are in possession of your driving licence B
