What will you do?

You are the first point of contact for our customers and manage your own accounts. By being well-informed about what your customers are doing, you ensure that this is translated into an accurate forecast and a perfectly tuned order flow. You feel responsible for your accounts and guide new customer projects through our organisation. In addition, you are an expert in cooperating and communicating with your colleagues and the customer.

Who are you?

As a member of the Sales Order Team, you will ensure that our customers are satisfied by guaranteeing a smooth process. You act as an operational intermediary between customers, account managers and team leaders. With your support, the set goals are achieved. Furthermore, we would like to see the following on your CV:

You have demonstrable hbo working and/or thinking level
You have knowledge and skills of automated processes and systems (including ERP)
You have an affinity with engineering and commerce
You are fluent in Dutch and English
You prioritise well, switch gears quickly and dare to make decisions
