As an all-round assembly worker in our production, you are an all-rounder. You enjoy variety, like working with your hands and have an eye for quality. From hanging and powder-coating parts to assembling and packaging, you have no trouble at all. You know how to read technical drawings and make sure everything is right down to the last detail.

Metal 2000 is part of Ventura Systems, a global manufacturer of door systems for city buses.

All-round assembly worker

What will you do?

As an All-round assembly worker, you will be broadly deployable within our teams. You will be responsible for hanging and removing metal parts, carefully applying powder coating, and assembling and preparing our products for shipment. Your role will focus on quality, safety and versatility.

Your duties include:

Mounting and assembly: You will assemble parts based on drawings, screw, bolt and assemble parts and ensure that the finished product is complete and correctly assembled. This also includes "pembling" products and preparing them for shipping.
Preparation and powder coating of parts: You will clean materials, apply proper powder coating, perform colour changes and operate, adjust and maintain associated equipment.
Quality control and safety: You will perform intermediate and final checks on coated products, checking for correct fastening and quality, and ensuring that all work is carried out safely and according to regulations.

Who are you?

We are looking for an All-round assembly worker who is flexible and knows how to get to work. You will bring:

Affinity with metalworking and powder coating
Technical education LBO+/MBO level (powder coating is a plus)
Experience with assembly, assembly or painting/coating is a plus
You can work from technical drawings
Independent and precise working attitude
Flexible and helpful attitude
