As an HR Advisorr at Ventura Systems, you play a key role in advising managers and employees across multiple departments and branches. In doing so, you will be the permanent point of contact for some of our executives.
Some of the activities you may encounter: advising managers on HR issues, supporting and supervising our Metaal 2000 branch at Marne 26, coordinating sick leave, answering colleagues' HR questions and supporting the recruitment and selection of new employees, such as drawing up vacancies and assisting with job interviews. You will also contribute to the further professionalisation of the HR department. This includes the implementation of HR programmes, training courses and workshops. And of course the usual operational tasks.

To perform this role successfully, excellent communication skills at different organisational levels are essential. In addition, we value courage and natural persuasiveness.
