What will you do?

During this internship, you will dive into challenging and relevant market research for our Strategic Technical Purchasing (STB) department. You will investigate how (potential) suppliers look at Ventura Systems C.V.

Your duties are:

Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research among (inter)national suppliers.
Mapping supplier perceptions of our organisation: image, cooperation, growth potential, reliability and communication.
Identify opportunities for improvement in positioning and cooperation.
Advising on how to increase and/or improve our visibility and attractiveness as a buyer.
(Possible) travel to supplier locations to have interviews or discussions on this.

With your research, you will help us sharpen our organisation's positioning and attractiveness towards suppliers and improve it where necessary. Your insights contribute directly to the development of a future-oriented procurement strategy.

Who are you?

You are studying a college degree in Business Administration, Technical Business Administration, Commercial Economics or International Business and are available from September 2025 for a 5-month internship. What else we consider important:

You have an affinity for numbers and possess financial acumen.
You are willing to travel (if necessary) to suppliers at home and abroad.
You have an interest in strategic sourcing, market dynamics and partner relationships.
You enjoy analysing processes and suggesting improvement opportunities.
You have communication skills and can present your analyses clearly.

Employment conditions

Internship fee

For a full-time internship, you will receive €350 per month in internship remuneration. This is a small compensation for your efforts.

Flexible working hours

In the office, you start and leave between 7:30 - 9:00 and 16:30 - 18:00. Start earlier or later? No problem.

ADV days

Around the holidays, we often have compulsory ADV days, a day when the entire staff is off. So that includes you.

Focus on development

We focus on your development and offer support or courses where necessary.

Sociability

With the company or within your team, we organise various outings; fairs, BBQs, get-togethers, you name it!

Free fruit
