During this marketing internship, you will work on various projects and get the chance to discover the full scope of the profession. You will gain experience within various marketing disciplines and support the marketing manager in activities that contribute to the global visibility and positioning of our brand.

Marketing Management trainee

What will you do?

As a Marketing Intern, you will be involved in a wide range of work, including:

  • Collect and analyse market information: Conducting market research, gathering competitive intelligence and analysing trends and customer behaviour.
  • Develop and improve marketing strategies: Thinking along on campaigns, positioning and strategic plans to reinforce marketing objectives.
  • Organisation of events: Assist in the preparation, planning and execution of trade shows, internal events and other marketing activities.
  • Content creation: Participate in developing textual and visual content for social media, websites and other communication channels.
  • Employer branding: improving Ventura's visibility as an employer and promoting job opportunities.
  • Social media management: Contribute to the planning, publishing and analysis of posts, and think about new ways to increase online visibility.
  • Maintenance and improvement of the website: Collaborate on updating web pages, optimising texts for SEO and improving usability.

 

Optional: Do you have an obligation to do research in addition to collaborating? If so, we will be happy to discuss an assignment that suits your study requirements. This could, for example, be analysing a market like North America or advising on the right marketing strategy for new markets.

Who are you?

You are following a course towards Marketing Management such as: HBO Marketing Management, HBO Commercial Economics or MBO Marketing and Communications Specialist. To get the most out of your internship, it helps if you bring the following skills:

  • Daring to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong in planning and structure.
  • Ability to maintain good overview.
  • Strong social and communication skills.
  • Creativity for content creation and marketing strategies.
  • Be able to interact with international parties.

 

Of course, the marketing manager will support you during your internship so that you can further develop these skills.

Employment conditions

Internship fee

You will receive an internship allowance of €30 gross per day as compensation for your time and effort.

Flexible working hours

In the office, you start and leave between 7:30 - 9:00 and 16:30 - 18:00. Start earlier or later? No problem.

ADV days

Around the holidays, we often have compulsory ADV days, a day when the entire staff is off. So that includes you.

Focus on development

We focus on your development and offer support or courses where necessary.

Sociability

With the company or within your team, we organise various outings; fairs, BBQs, get-togethers, you name it!

Free fruit

Every week you can grab free fruit. Compensate nicely for the monthly treat that is often a bit less healthy.
