During this internship, you will have the opportunity to support Ventura Systems in strengthening information security and optimizing data and document management. You will work on a concrete project that has an organization-wide impact and directly contributes to safer and more efficient processes.

What will you do?

You will play a role in enhancing understanding of Ventura Systems’ data and document landscape. You will help map where data resides, how it is used, and how it can be shared. Your work may include:

  • Take inventory of the data landscape through interviews with process owners and stakeholders
  • Map data and document flows: from a deliverable or requirement within a process to its storage location and the associated (technical) access rights
  • Create insight into different data categories, such as NDA data, customer deliverables, IATF data, and internal (non-public) Ventura Systems data.
  • Advise on simplifying file distribution where it is appropriate and feasible
  • Advise on additional security measures where enhanced protection is needed

Who are you?

You are an enthusiastic ICT student who is ready to put theory into practice. You are curious, eager to learn and see your internship as an opportunity to develop yourself in a professional but accessible environment.

  • You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in ICT/Computer Science and are looking for a five-month internship
  • You have basic knowledge of Windows/Linux, network administration, Office 365, and/or ITIL
  • You are proactive, a strong communicator, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and, preferably, English, both spoken and written

Employment conditions

Internship fee

You will receive an internship allowance of €30 gross per day as compensation for your time and effort.

Flexible working hours

In the office, you start and leave between 7:30 - 9:00 and 16:30 - 18:00. Start earlier or later? No problem.

ADV days

Around the holidays, we often have compulsory ADV days, a day when the entire staff is off. So that includes you.

Focus on development

We focus on your development and offer support or courses where necessary.

Sociability

With the company or within your team, we organise various outings; fairs, BBQs, get-togethers, you name it!

Free fruit

Every week you can grab free fruit. Compensate nicely for the monthly treat that is often a bit less healthy.
