With us, International Women's Day is all about appreciation and connection. Last Sunday was International Women's Day. That is why all women in our company were put in the limelight last week. During a short meeting, Erik te Riele addressed the colleagues with words of thanks for their daily efforts and the important role they play within our organisation. The ladies also received a bag with nice goodies as an extra token of appreciation.

But for us, this day is more than a snapshot. We use International Women's Day to reflect on what we have already achieved as well as what we continue to improve. Think about a safe, respectful working environment, good facilities for women and new investments in our facilities, such as renovated ladies' toilets.

We believe in a workplace where everyone feels seen and given the space to grow. The strength and diversity of our employees make us stronger and we celebrate that, not only on this day, but throughout the year.
