Are you stepping in for the vacancy Inside sales representative?

For our Order Team Sales team, for the duration of the maternity leave of one of our colleagues, we are looking for a colleague to join our team for 32 - 40 hours a week.

As a Commercial Internal Sales Representative, you and your colleagues are responsible for serving our customers in all their operational matters. You are the connecting link between our customer and the Supply Chain. Would you like to be the customer's point of contact? Do you like varied tasks and do you have good communication skills? Then this position is for you!

Inside sales representative

What will you do?

You are the first point of contact for our customers and manage your own accounts. By being well-informed about what your customers are doing, you ensure that this is translated into an accurate forecast and a perfectly tuned order flow. You feel responsible for your accounts and guide new customer projects through our organisation. In addition, you are an expert in cooperating and communicating with your colleagues and the customer.

Who are you?

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will ensure that our customers are satisfied by guaranteeing a smooth process. You act as an operational intermediary between customers, account managers and team leaders. With your support, the set goals are achieved. Furthermore, we would like to see the following on your CV:

  • You have hbo working and/or thinking level
  • You have knowledge and skills of automated processes and systems (including ERP)
  • You have an affinity with engineering and commerce
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You prioritise well, switch gears quickly and dare to make decisions
