Together with your colleagues in the TQM (Total Quality Management) team, you will improve this process so that the quality and delivery reliability of our products meet the highest standards. Process Engineer

What will you do?

In the role of Process Engineer, you are the connector in the optimisation process; you identify, analyse and improve processes. You have a good understanding of how certain processes are interconnected and are able to shape this function yourself. With your theoretical and practical knowledge of quality, technical drawings, tolerances and measuring techniques, you contribute to the assurance of quality requirements and the continuous improvement of our processes.

Some of the responsibilities involved are:

  • Analyse production processes, suggest improvements and lead projects to reduce structural deviations
  • Providing your colleagues on the shop floor with the right information and resources to deliver the highest quality possible
  • Participate in quality meetings with management and the shop floor
  • Keeping abreast of developments within the field and applying them where possible

Who are you?

You are someone who takes initiative and sees every problem as a challenge. You like to make an impact with the changes you implement and involve the right people during the process. You think in solutions and that is why colleagues like working with you. You are a go-getter and a go-getter, which ensures that your results are visible within the organisation. You are currently working as Quality Engineer and are looking for a new challenge as Process Engineer.

In addition, you possess:

  • A completed HBO education, in the direction of mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar
  • Knowledge of and affinity with measurement techniques and quality standards
  • Experience improving processes in the manufacturing industry and focusing on product quality
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience of working in a production environment and communicating effectively with production colleagues
  • Experience interpreting technical drawings and 3D models
