Mechanical R&D engineer

What will you do?

Our products can be found worldwide, as can our colleagues, customers and suppliers. As a Mechanical R&D Engineer, you will translate customer wishes and ideas into a technical solution.

Together with your colleagues, you will work on improving and innovating our products and contribute to Ventura's growth. You will also support the development of new products to expand or replace the existing portfolio. You do this by designing, elaborating and visualising in technical drawings.

Have you just finished your training or perhaps already been on the road for a few years? In either case, we work with a comprehensive familiarisation programme and besides; we also like to learn from you!

Who are you?

You would describe yourself as an analytical techie with a results-oriented attitude. You enjoy working in a team, but are also comfortable working independently. With creativity and a healthy dose of perseverance, you know how to turn ideas into tangible technical solutions. In short, you have broad technical mechanical knowledge and innovative capacity.

  • A relevant HBO education
  • You have extensive experience with CAD software
  • You have an interest and/or experience in the automotive environment
  • You are flexible and willing to travel occasionally. You are therefore fluent not only in Dutch but also in English, both verbally and in writing
