You naturally want to learn everything about our door systems, which is why you will first start with an induction programme. With the knowledge you gain and your technical skills, you ensure that our door systems always function optimally at vehicle manufacturers and end users. You will do this together with a Service Engineer, who can teach you the tricks of the trade, for the first year at least.

If you are more professionally mature, you will be responsible for installing door systems at vehicle builders and supervising, training and servicing end users. You will also contribute to improving our service processes.

Your duties will include:

• Resolve technical faults and carry out on-site repairs at end customers' premises
• Maintain and inspect systems to prevent future problems
• Training customers and their staff on how to maintain the systems
• Contribute to improving processes to increase service quality
• Working with colleagues to resolve faults quickly and effectively
• Report on your work to improve our quality standards

You not only provide the customer with maintenance, but also good advice in further use. Together, we strive for the best solution for the customer and end user.

Your workplace:

We are based in Bolsward, but you do not need to live in the immediate area to apply for this position. The role offers a lot of flexibility; after the induction period, daily attendance at the office is not required. In addition, it may be an advantage if you live near Schiphol Airport, making international travel easier.
