As a Software Engineer, you play a crucial role in various project teams implementing internal automation projects. You work intensively with core users of various systems within Ventura Systems. One of the largest internal projects is Design Automation where you design doors based on a parameterised master model.

What will you do?

Our products can be found worldwide, as can our colleagues, customers and suppliers. As a Software Engineer, you will be involved in maintaining the software, such as adding new features and troubleshooting. You will also determine with the relevant project leaders and core users, the desired functionality for various developments. Some of the tasks and responsibilities involved are:

Drafting requirements
Designing software architectures
Implementing and testing (created) functionalities

Who are you?

You are solution-oriented and always look at how things can be done. You work in a precise and structured way and keep a cool head, even when difficult choices have to be made. You get to grips with problems and then deal with them proactively. We also like to see your CV:

A relevant HBO/WO education
C# developer
3 years' work experience in a similar position
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch is a plus

Within the Software Engineering department, you offer new technical perspectives, take a critical view of things and are able to translate organisational goals into results. As a specialist, you dare to make (technical) choices yourself, but you also ask immediate colleagues to help you think things through when you are at a loss.
