What will you do?

Your task is to set out a clear and unambiguous forward-looking vision for the global service approach and then implement it. You are the central link at headquarters for all service activities. You manage the team of service professionals and ensure good cooperation.

Further responsibilities:

  • Contributing to maximum customer satisfaction through service excellence
  • Organising the ideal conditions, within which our service branches and partners worldwide are able to provide optimal service to customers
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service organisation
  • Working with Head of Global Parts to ensure optimum organisation of spare parts availability worldwide
  • Initiating quality improvements
  • Representing Ventura Systems at trade shows, worldwide

Who are you?

To perform this role successfully, excellent leadership and communication skills at different organisational levels are essential. You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role within an international service organisation. In addition, we look forward to seeing your CV:

  • You have a completed college education, preferably in a technical field
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You are analytically strong and have a problem-solving attitude
  • You are willing to travel internationally when required
