With your vision, leadership and expertise, you will ensure that Ventura Systems excels globally in Parts Sales & Service. You will set the standard, focus on quality and create a service experience that exceeds our customers’ expectations. You’ll be given the freedom to build, provide direction and deliver results. You will be responsible for developing and managing a professional, customer-focused service organisation for our branches in the Netherlands, Germany, the United States, Hong Kong, Australia and Japan. By working closely with the international teams, you will promote knowledge-sharing, consistency and operational excellence.
As the driving force behind our global service operations, you will ensure a seamless service offering, ranging from training and the sale of spare parts to field service and technical support for bus manufacturers and end customers. In doing so, you will not only ensure an excellent customer experience, but also raise the quality, efficiency and commercial value of our service organisation to a higher level.

You are a driven and enterprising professional with a fresh perspective on service and the customer experience. With your natural leadership skills, you inspire people, bring international teams together and deliver sustainable improvements.
You communicate easily at various levels, from technicians and service managers to senior management and international clients. You navigate smoothly between different interests, build strong relationships and know how to achieve results. Negotiating energises you, and you see complex challenges as opportunities for improvement.
