We work for the very biggest brands in the world, you can think of Volvo, Mercedes and Iveco. Our customers often operate worldwide and produce vehicles with thousands of employees at various locations around the world. Within the Sales department, the account managers are the commercial point of contact for these customers for questions or quotations for our door systems. They ensure that customer requirements are coordinated with our internal organisation and that the design and production process runs smoothly. Account managers are also actively present in the market, at trade fairs and with potential customers. They can optimally advise customers on the right choice of door system for their vehicle.

Marketing helps to increase Ventura's visibility as a supplier and employer and to promote our products. Also, Marketing works with the Business Development Manager to tap new markets and expand networks.

The Account Manager represents Ventura to clients and maintains relationships. They are closely involved in the customer's projects from inception to final evaluation.

Business development

The business development department identifies growth opportunities, builds business relationships, and develops strategies to improve an organisation's market position and profitability.

Marketing

Marketing develops and implements strategies to promote products or services, conduct market research and manage customer relationships to increase sales and brand value.
